04 Local and Server-Side Storage
Not all PushX features store information in the same way.
Certain information may be stored on PushX infrastructure or infrastructure operated by service providers used by PushX. Some features may instead store information locally in your browser.
Information stored locally may be tied to the browser, device and website domain being used. Clearing browser or website data, changing browsers or devices, or otherwise removing local storage may result in loss of locally stored information.
Users should not rely on locally stored information as their only permanent backup of important records.
05 Third-Party Service Providers
PushX uses third-party services where necessary to operate particular parts of the platform.
These may include providers for:
- user authentication;
- application and database hosting;
- image and file storage;
- AI processing;
- infrastructure and security.
Information is shared with these providers only where reasonably necessary to provide the relevant functionality.
Third-party providers process information according to their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
06 Authentication and Sessions
PushX uses authentication technology to identify users and maintain authenticated sessions.
Authentication may involve essential browser storage or cookies necessary to keep users signed in and protect access to their accounts.
PushX does not use these authentication mechanisms for third-party advertising.
07 Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account functionality, comply with applicable obligations, resolve disputes or protect the security and integrity of PushX.
Different features may use different retention periods.
Some information stored locally in your browser remains there until it is removed by the user, browser or device.
Where PushX provides automatic retention or deletion rules for a particular feature, those rules may be described within that feature.
08 Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled through PushX.
However, no online service, storage system or method of transmission can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for maintaining control of their authentication methods and devices.
